Being Havoc Fanatics does not make us
"Better" or more "real" than any other fans.
As Havoc Fanatics we not only represent energetic fans, but hockey fans in general.
Being located in the Dallas area means we also represent Dallas sports fans and most importantly the Dallas Stars Hockey club! There are many people counting on you to do the right thing, all the times! This responsibility begins NOT when you arrive at your seat, but the moment you leave your house. Whether on the DART Rail or TRE, On the outside Plaza, walking the concourse, watching skate-around at rinkside or waiting in line for beverages or restrooms.
And now the necessary evil stuff:
Hockey is a game steeped in tradition and RESPECT. In order for us to achieve our goals we must always adhere to our Credo.

- Stay courteous and positive at all times, attract new fans, don't drive them away
- At every opportunity do something nice for a fellow fan; maybe give the kid next to you a puck during warm-ups
And now the necessary evil stuff:
- There is zero tolerance for shouting obscenities at players and taunting fellow fans either in-arena or outside
- Violating this code of RESPECT can result in expuslion from the Havoc Energy Fan Zones, as well as all Fanatic privileges including the discontinuation of your tickets
